Bone In Pork Chops:

Stuffed Pork Chop Assortment:

We take a 6oz pork chop and stuff it three different ways for you! Broccoli and Parmesan is brimming with pieces of broccoli and mild parmesan cheese. The Apple Almond Stuffing is both sweet and savory with chunks of apple and crunchy bits of almonds. Our Spinach Feta is filled to capacity with bright green spinach and tangy feta cheese. Our twist on the classic pork chop, will soon become your family's weeknight supper staple.
 

 

Delicious Ribs:

Fully cooked Kansas City style pork spare ribs are so tender and juicy that the meat falls right off the bone. Our special sauce makes these ribs positively habit-forming! Try our famous ribs at your next backyard barbeque.

 

St Louis Ribs:

A special cut of spare ribs with the brisket bone removed.

 

Danish Back Ribs:

These are uncooked ribs in a rack about 5" wide and 16" long. Perfectly trimmed leaving nothing but meat and bone for your eating pleasure. This represents a nice alternative to our own delicious cooked ribs, in that many rib eaters like to use their "Home Cooking Recipes and Sauce."

 

Bone-In Prime Pork Roast:

4 2.5lbs of Chicago style pork prime rib roast. Each roast consists of 4 bones and they are perfect for the cold months when you are looking to cook something special in your oven!

 

 

Stuffed Pork Roast:

The Original Cranberry And Vegetable Stuffed Porkloin is the key to a perfect dinner party or family gathering. This Boneless Center Cut Porkloin comes from the Finest Quality Midwest Corn Fed Stock and has been marinated and stuffed with our popular Real Cranberry and Garden Fresh Vegetable Stuffing consisting of Ocean Spray Cranberries, Fresh Yams, Corn, Celery, Garlic, Onion, Carrots, 14 Select Spices, Fine Herbs, Arnolds Croutons and, a Secret Natural Stock discovered in the South. Flavored by nature with classical ingredients, these tender and juicy Porkloins are nothing less than spectacular. A pop-up timer is also included for a perfect outcome every time.

 

Pork Roast:

From the tenderloin of the pork, these lean and well trimmed roasts are very juicy and flavorful. 3-4 per box. 6-8 servings each.

Pork Crown Roast:

Extra large pork roast filled with a delicious cranberry bread stuffing. 22-24 bones per roast. This roast is very elegant and perfect for holidays and large dinner parties.
 

 

 

Ham:

Honey glazed, spiral sliced, and fully cooked to perfection. Simply the finest spiral ham available anywhere. Why not enjoy a holiday favorite year round? Serves 15.

 

Bourbon Roast Pork:

A fully cooked and seasoned pork roast with a peppery bourbon sauce that is to die for! Just heat and serve. Perfect to impress those special dinner guests. 4 to 5 servings each.

 

Veal Cutlets:

Paper-thin, lean and tender. Our "Gourmet Veal Cutlet" is sliced only from the leg of milk-fed stock. Each cutlet 1s hand selected and pounded just right for the perfect dish of marsala, piccata, parmesan or your favorite saute'. A delicious and healthy alternative to beef.

 

Frenched Rack of Lamb:

Perfectly trimmed and Frenched rib backs. A sensational entrée that will be the centerpiece for any dinner party or family gathering. You will find that this rack of lamb is as beautiful to serve as it is succulent to eat. An exceptionally flavorful delicacy.

Lamb Chops:

20 domestic center cut loin chops from lambs raised on Midwestern grain. Our 1" thick cuts are trimmed and lean. A very sweet and tender selection. This cut is at its best when broiled or grilled.
