Norwegian Salmon:

Norwegian salmon filets that will be sure to please even the pickiest connoisseur. Our boneless fillets are individually flash frozen, and then vacuum packed.

 


 

 

Sea Bass:

This spectacular fish is often one that people discover first at a restaurant, then scour their seafood markets for it afterwards. Well, look no further. We have prime long line caught, Chilean sea bass, from the deep, cold waters of the Austral Sea off South America. We feature only thick-cut, skinless, loin portions. Sea bass has a wonderful rich flavor, it's loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and has a snow white flesh that forms large flakes when cooked. Because of its high oil content, the meat is "melt-in-your-mouth" tender and moist. Our sea bass is filleted & de-boned, then flash frozen at sea less than 4 hours from catch to ensure a high grade of product quality and freshness. They are then vacuum-sealed for long freezer life and freshness. Chilean Sea Bass is an excellent fish for grilling, but you can also bake, broil, poach, sauté, blacken Cajun style or smoke Chilean Sea Bass. Sea bass is an excellent alternative to grouper and is often mistaken for the same. Once you taste our sea bass, you'll never go back to the seafood market again.

 

 

Saku Tuna:

Pacific Yellow Fin "Sushi grade" tuna is full of flavor, high in protein and nutrients, yet low in fat and cholesterol. Grilled, sauteed, broiled or baked our Saku Tuna is perfect for today's healthier lifestyle.

 

Tilapia:

This is an aquacultured flat fish that is mild and sweet tasting with a slighty firm, flaky texture. Tilapia is highly versatile and can be baked, fried, sauteed, broiled and even grilled. It maintains perfect moister when cooking.


 

Orange Roughy:

Hand processed and flash frozen within minutes of catch, Orange Ruffy has a mild, delicate flavor and moist, large-flaked meat that holds together well during cooking. Orange Ruffy comes from New Zealand's Southern deep, cool, ocean waters. You can bread, bake, deep-fry, poach, broil, saute; or steam this fish for a quick and easy gourmet treat!


 

 

Halibut Steaks:

The season is here! Our premium Alaskan grade-A loin cut halibut steaks are sourced from the Bering Sea, along the Aleutian Chain, and in the Gulf of Alaska. Wonderful as a main course but also good in salads, halibut is as delicious as it is healthy. Halibut is a very mild-tasting, lean fish with a fine-grained, dense, snow white meat and has long been referred to as "The Eskimos' Choice". Due to its firmness, halibut is ideal for grilling and skewering as kabobs. Great in the broiler, or on the grill with your favorite marinade. Completely boneless, our halibut is processed and flash frozen at sea less than 4 hours after catch to preserve its buttery, mild taste then individually vacuum packed. Premium Swordfish:

Pacific swordfish are line-caught so they are unbruised and dolphin safe. Frozen at sea to impeccable freshness and brought right to your door! These steaks are great on the grill or under the broiler.

Mahi Mahi:

Mahi-Mahi is a Hawaiian word that means "strong-strong" for dolphin fish. This species is found in tropical and subtropical waters throughout the world. It is an exceptionally versatile fish, having firm, white meat and delicate flavor!

Swordfish:

Swordfish is truly the filet mignon of the sea. It is in a culinary class all by itself - a fish with the substance of beef (high in protein, moist and flavorful) with a slightly sweet taste but with all the heart-healthy benefits of fish. Our swordfish steaks are sourced from the pacific ocean off the coast of Mexico or Hawaii depending on the season and availability, and are premium-grade boneless loin center cuts. We select only big (marker) sword that weigh over 150 pounds and make sure we buy only from long-line boats, ensuring no threat to porpoise & dolphin. They are completely trimmed and de-boned, then flash frozen and processed at sea for excellent freshness and flavor. Swordfish steaks have a moderately high omega 3 oil content, lending to a dense & meaty texture - the most meat-like of all fish, some say, and are perfect for kabobs. You can bake, broil, or grill these steaks and Italian dressing is a quick, easy, and delicious marinade. Our swordfish steaks are so tender you can cut them with a fork! These wonderfully mild and tender steaks will make any meal one to remember.

The finest Black Tiger shrimp you can get that is completely clean, peeled and de-veined with the tail on. Black Tiger shrimp are well known for their exceptional flavor and beautiful appearance. These frozen, but uncooked, beauties bear the distinguishing black stripes and pure-white flesh that turns vibrant red and white when cooked.
