Sea Bass:
This
spectacular fish is often one that people discover first at a restaurant,
then scour their seafood markets for it afterwards. Well, look no further.
We have prime long line caught, Chilean sea bass, from the deep, cold waters
of the Austral Sea off South America. We feature only thick-cut, skinless,
loin portions. Sea bass has a wonderful rich flavor, it's loaded with
heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and has a snow white flesh that forms
large flakes when cooked. Because of its high oil content, the meat is
"melt-in-your-mouth" tender and moist. Our sea bass is filleted & de-boned,
then flash frozen at sea less than 4 hours from catch to ensure a high grade
of product quality and freshness. They are then vacuum-sealed for long
freezer life and freshness. Chilean Sea Bass is an excellent fish for
grilling, but you can also bake, broil, poach, sauté, blacken Cajun style or
smoke Chilean Sea Bass. Sea bass is an excellent alternative to grouper and

that weigh over 150 pounds and make sure we buy only from long-line boats,
ensuring no threat to porpoise & dolphin. They are completely trimmed and
de-boned, then flash frozen and processed at sea for excellent freshness and
flavor. Swordfish steaks have a moderately high omega 3 oil content, lending
